 June 16, 2002 Paid Notice: NY Times; Deaths: TAMBURRO, DR. KATHLEEN M. ''KIT'' TAMBURRO-Dr. Kathleen M. ''Kit''. A native of New York City, died peacefully on Monday, June 10th, at her home in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a Research Facilitator at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. A graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, she received her Ph.D in Microbiology from Fordham University. Survivors include her sister Barbara Salvesen, and four children, Carlo Vito, 30, of Arlington, VA, Alexander Frederick, 28, of San Francisco, CA, Katerina Marie, 26, and Stefan Sebastian, 25, both living in Louisville. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Xavier High School, 1609 Poplar Level Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40217.  Addenda:  Kathleen attended SS Peter & Paul Grammar School on 838 Brook Avenue, Bronx, New York and graduated in 1956 with top honors.
